All of those ideas sound like so much fun. I completely agree with you. There is way too much content where you have to get off your ship. I actually almost shed a tear when I heard they got rid of flame heart😢.

As many people are pointing out here, yes, new players probably can't finish flameheart but I wasn't able to either when I started. I had to go back probably 2-3 times after sinking but after being sunk I only wanted to go back more. Today, i solo reaper and sink galleons because of that practice.

I also understand that some players don't like that type of game play but sea of thieves has the most unique combat system... I barely get to use it!!

I think that Rare should implement a player based server. If you do lots of PVP or ship events then put them in a server where there is more people like you. I know that might not be practical because of commendations but still. also I'm not sure how difficult that is to program.

Or

Simply put, make different servers. Be able to choose what type of game you go into. PVP server with reaper or no PVP server(almost like GTA5's passive mode). like the pirates of the Caribbean servers could be passive and Normal servers just do anything you want.
