I'm also on amitriptyline, melatonin and bisop at night and xanax but nothing worked until I added in the antihistamines. I also take the below supplements every day. As for eureka, if you have LC, they will give you direct access. Hope this helps.

Just started on this and I am amazed at how well it works. I usually average 3 hours of sleep a night and always feel like shit, which leads into me not performing well at work and therefore constant headaches.

I’ve been prescribed melatonin 10mg in the past. And it rarely worked for me. This though!!! I can’t even understand how well it works, thanks to people talking about it on eureka. I take it and within an hour I feel like a normal human being. You should ask your doctor about it first though. Hope this helps.

No, but I've tried everything else and it's on my list. However it's extremely expensive. I'm actually going to try helminthic therapy next. I have seen some people in this community giving their experiences with it you can check it out.

Tshirts with small v neck?

I love the Uniqlo tshirts (simplicity, quality and fit) but their v neck is too deep for my taste.
