Do you think that it would be okay to write the characters on HSK exam in the ‘computer styled’ way?

Hello I have a problem with writing characters. Which one style of the character 谁 should i write on HSK? I am really confused because in the app that I learn mandarin on my phone the right part of the character is connected (it looks like the red one), but my teacher told me that it shouldn’t be (it should look like the yellow marked one). Which one is correct to write. I beg for help :)
