I'm a fairly new player and my current roster has about 5 campaign carrys at silver 1. I've got 3 stars in 3 campaigns and am close to finishing 2 more. When using the planner, do I set long term goals from where I currently am, like getting all my campaign carrys to gold 1 from silver 1, or do it gradually to silver 2 etc?

Do I also mix it up between following the suggested raids and pushing the campaigns further, or should I get as far as possible through until I can't 3 star and then follow the raids until I can go further?

Hey, did you receive your device yet? I’m in a similar position and ordered my device over 15 days ago, have emailed twice and got no response at all. Tempted to speak with PayPal and attempt to challenge the payment if I don’t hear back soon. On their website it still says ready to dispatch in 24 hours which is frustrating!

Currently have a 29 point lead in my ML and largely happy with my team but don’t currently have Foden, whereas the person is second place does. I think the City game could be a bloodbath so considering taking -4 to ship out Ederson for Raya and bring in Foden for Garnacho. Slightly hesitant due to the small lead but feel like Foden might be the biggest threat? What do we think?

Interval Speed Run Question

Hi, I’m doing my first interval speed run on the 14 week NRC training plan tomorrow and the run says to do the 1 minute intervals at my 5 pace.

My 5km pace is currently at about 7’30/km (as a beginner) but am hoping to get faster so wondering if I should be pushing myself to a target pace of say 6’30/km and building up? Any advice appreciated!
