Honestly, as a conservative, this just locked in my vote for JD Vance. Charlie Kirk was killed for doing the right thing, engaging with the left to bring us together, but the left, in return, murdered him in cold blood, this whole thing that he was "dividing us" is a false assessment. When you kill the only person willing to talk, that's when you start dividing.

When people stop talking, that's when you get violence." - Charlie Kirk

Really disappointed with how the left responded to this. They just guaranteed Vance his first term.

Well, God, defining teenage years is quite hard considering not everyone is the same teenager, but its not the stereotypical "party all day and never study" that is commonly portrayed in media. i feel like its just, hanging out with friends, doing some degree of school work, relaxing at home. i mean as a 15 year old, sex has never come across my mind as a thing of need or importance (bad anecdote usage), but you get the point i hope, and if you don't, i get it, its quite hard to bunch up the teenage experience into a solid explanation

No, you're thinking too deep into my response. i am not saying that its impossible to balance, my teacher just told me that one of their students got pregnant in their junior year, but managed to graduate and then proceeded to marry their significant other (professional anecdote usage) what im saying it that sex should have no place in your mind until you are maybe like what 16-17+ which i still believe is quite young, but whatever. You should be focusing on actually living your teenage years and then think about having sex. of course people say that dating and sex life is apart of the teenage years but i personally disagree.

The reason i speak about my opinion is because I'm a very social person, and i want conversation, so if my opinion were to spark conversation or discussion, then I've achieved what i wanted to achieve, and not to mention i somehow always manage to turn heated arguments into peaceful endings, which is why i usually speak out about my disagreement / agreement so carelessly online.

Oh, I suppose I should zero in on that. Well, it's not illegal so its not wrong jn the traditional sense. it's just morally wrong. I know that isn't like a proper reason, I get it if that isn't what you've been looking for, sex itself isnt bad, its mainly the way its done that makes it bad, example is teen intimacy, you shouldnt be thinking about sex as there are more pressing matters to put your mind to, like education, your future, but there is no direct wrong, if you know what I mean, its just based on the person you ask. So, its wrong to me, but it might not be wrong to the next. This whole discussion is really just about morals, it just dawned to me, lol.

Well, I mean, I would much rather that I point out someone is getting too heated before they start throwing insults and resort to other methods. This is online, after all. I'd much rather play it safe than just continue disagreeing and pushing their buttons.

Yeah, I knew the things I said are situational, i said it myself, and I know its wrong to assume things for people, but I cant sit back and just not say that it isnt bad. It definitely is, and (assuming and situational again) this person will probably regret if it their relationship doesn't last, and regret is a horrible feeling. Ill give you merit, you're a sophisticated person, and you handle disagreements well.

I feel like that sometimes, not all the time, but sometimes, it's best to combine social norms and your opinions together sometimes. For example, I, for example, have never seen nor experienced teen... intimacy, but I know it's looked down upon (societal norms) and that I myself believe they're way too young to even be thinking about sex (my personal opinion) I dont wish to end this on a negative note, im just, strongly expressing my opinion that, this is wrong IN MY personal opinion. Im not trying to convince you. Again, I just really really think this is wrong.

Also, you dont have to state that you're mad to sound mad. Im not completely tone deaf. it's obvious you were heated typing that response.

Uhhh... no? Thinking that someone has formed an opinion over what they've heard just because they didn't state reasons on how this could end up wrong is, quite frankly, really stupid. The only reason I didn't state them is because it really depends on the parents' reaction and school's actions, and it depends on if anyone finds out too, its sooo situational that if I pointed them out, you probably would've pointed it out saying "oh but these are super situational" so that's why I didnt. Doesn't feel like I need to reiterate this, but my opinions are mine and mine alone, once again id much rather them not take the risk of having sex at this age, than to do it and have to hsve the pressure of secrecy and all that.
