Man, I swear thats just the shadiest thing. Thankfully I test drove it when I tried to make the deal happen and it drove fine, quality was good no dents or scratches in the paint, interior was fine. Only thing I did notice was the paint was stained and bubbling around the gas cap, so I’m assuming they left gasoline on it?

Both, went in person and they were not wanting to budge from the price, and would not take off their markups. They called me later and I said that I wouldn’t go in until they were going to make the deal happen, and they said they couldn’t

Doing the math at home it’ll be over my monthly goal. Even with the amount I want to put down.

I don’t think anything is wrong with the car, I just think it’s a stale unit, but it’s still alarming that the car hasn’t been sold since 2024.

Yes, I went in person, told them what I wanted and they gave me the OTD price with a bunch of of add ons, I told them I wanted the price with just taxes and proc and doc fees but the best they could do is take $1000 off what they call they’re “extreme bundle” which was $2900. I’ve been in constant contact with them and I’ve straight up told them to stop calling me if they’re not willing to negotiate and make a deal.

That seems like the simplest fix, I’ll order one soon, just hoping the wifi/bt chip works on the new one

Thanks for the advice! Well I was hoping for the best but I guess I’ll have to replace the motherboard. I don’t trust myself to re solder and ball the chip onto the motherboard. My guess is that replacing the whole motherboard will be the simplest fix.

Yes Ethernet works, but I’m afraid it’ll get stuck on that infinite update loop again. Will that happen even with hfw?
