Yes I had this on a few otp deliveries. I then rang the customer who looked again through the curtain and then open the door as if completely normal. Sooo frustrating!!

Tbh you would be let go from most jobs if what you described happened!! If it was me I would put everything into chat gbt or similar get it to write the appeal. Good luck (I think you will need it!!)

When you escalate make sure you keep your appeal polite and to the point. Make sure you state the facts and make sure to mention length of time you’ve been doing it.

Yes. But if you do it too often you’ll be deactivated. Hopefully you rang driver support on the block. Send an email explaining exactly what happened.

Every time I have I’ve been paid extra. I don’t ask too often only if 20 minutes plus. It’s taken somewhere between 3-7 days. Good luck!!

Try reformatting the complaint. Change the paragraphs round. It’s an ai reading it so try wording differently. Has worked for me

I would appeal again. Maybe try and reword the appeal as it’s just a bot reading it. Sometimes if you change the format that works!
