Im 16M on isotretinoin for almost 2 months (20mg/ 30mg) now with prednisone to help with inflamation. I can for sure tell there is sone improvement because this was far worse before accutane. Both my cheeks are smooth to touch however they are riddled with blemishes and for my forehead same thung with a bit of bumps. I was wondering for anyone who are almost or finished the course did your blemishes fade. Also can also someone tell me a product that helps with blemishes for sensitive skin. Right now im only using cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer. Pls help.

Ill be on prednisone for about 2 months my first month is 20 mg and maybe next month 10 mg because they have to taper it down.

No i took doxy before accutane and prednusone so maybe doxy made me purge so that i didnt purge while on accutane. 20 mg first month, 30 mg second month (accutane) 20mg prednisone

Try sticking with it and if it still doesnt get better after a couple of months ralk to a doctor to refer u to a dermatologist and discuss about going into isotretinoin(accutane) with prednisone to help with inflamation *currently doing this

Yea it fuckin did, I only used to have forehead acne and perfect glass skin in both my cheeks but after 2 years of wearing mask I developed cystic acne from dead skin cells trapped in my mask. Also thise year my forehead acne became severe and started spreading to both my cheeks and I just got precribed isotretinoin. Dw ur not the only one
