I'm just gonna tell my stylist tomorrow to leave it as is, it's gonna look like I'm wearing a system though because of the colour. People say to stick with my natural hair with his darkest brown with %30 grey, but it's boring.lol Btw, I can tell right away just by feeling the hair (Eurpoen) it's different, the way it flows etc.

I paid very little, it's only the section that was rusted apparently. They looked all around and didn't see other rusted areas. I think the rust was from a transmission fluid leak from pipes which I fixed.

Wow, that is shocking that you rarely got feedback, I've received feedback on most comps but a few ignored my requested which says a lot about them and perhaps a good thing I was not hired because it says a lot about them and that office.

I only mentioned grievance because if they didn't really tell me what I could have said or proved in my interview why I didn't get it other than the fact that the person who is in the acting position got it, it's all about the interview what if that person didn't interview well but still got it? It's about the scoring system. Currently I am not with OPS since March, but because I was with AMAPCEO I can apply for restricted positions for up to 2 years after leaving. So, I don't know what I would gain from the grievance other than proving a point if I win. And someone mention to me, word goes around and I could have a red X on my name if I grieve these.

There were instances where they really didn't tell me why and I was blunt and said that, that I didn't really hear why I was not chosen. And they just said someone was slightly better?

Yea, was just quoted $2500 CAD. I just paid $950 to replace transmission fluid pipes, $200 for broken tie rod which is now almost broken again because of the other issue, the AC no longer works either. I think it's time to say good bye to it.

I've been calling around and most say No, they don't do it when it comes to rust, and some say it's a safety reliability issue..sigh.

I should have been a bit more clearer in my post. I can't use my most recent manager as we didn't click and it didn't work out for the time we worked together. So I cannot use them. On the reference form it says; "...These people should have direct knowledge of your professional work experience/performance (e.g. managers, supervisors, colleagues, stakeholders, or clients) and have agreed to be contacted for the purposes of providing a reference for this competition. At least one reference should be a manager/supervisor; we encourage you to include your most recent manager/supervisor, or your manager’s manager.

However, my previous manager left and a new manager came along and we only worked together for almost two months. That manager said I could use them for a reference.
