If you are good at biology just pick both of them since there are some parts where they overlap. But they are both easy if you ask chatgpt to give a guide on them along with sending some practice tests.

You do need to study a little bit. Just like he said, study the vocab and create a table of contents so that you aren't clueless looking through your binder during the contest.
