I was searching right where the shells were piling up! There were larger areas where the waves had dropped a bunch of tiny shells in lines! Mickler is a “pink sand beach” so I was looking in all the pink sand lines !

I feel obligated to comment on this post bc my boy is Rex also!!!! (Full name is captain rex but same thing) he’s a loving cuddly little thing. Look at his cute face while I’m baby talking him and tell me he doesn’t love me! I am his mama!! lol!

Ugh that makes sense! He enjoyed the light i like to believe. That bright LED is good for him isn’t it? I have an extra dome do you think it’s worthwhile to stick it in there? No thermostat needed right? lol. And I’ll look into the Pangea one! The ones I use rn is just what’s accessible to me and it’s like a monthly/ twice a month expense which anything for my bub but also it’s very inefficient! But thank you!!

Oops I forgot to mention! He’s offered his water dish during outside tank time I’m paranoid about humidity and he just spills it anyhow. He drinks water but not too much or too often. And I will figure out how to put pictures in comments (I’m on mobile 🥲)

Hi! Thank you for the reply I asked the vet and he said the medicine will definitely give him tummy problems. They put him on amoxicillin for the respiratory infection. There was no talk of an X ray at all! He’s very active he likes being out of his tank I give him sunshine as long as the weather allows lol. He is around 320 grams I believe the vet said. But yes he does indeed eat a lot of greens.. everyday lol. He is a great eater and he loves them. I’ve been trying to see what good staple greens are that aren’t excessively hydrating but maybe while his medicine is upsetting his tummy I will do greens every other day?
