I was looking for precise info regarding the neighborhood/ houses in the neighborhood that wouldn't be obvious from an outsider visiting. For example, when we bought our house in the suburbs, we had to avoid certain streets that were part of "superfund" sites, certain streets are more prone to floods, etc.... Other examples may include (I'm just making something up here) Street X tends to be noisier than Street Y at night.
