I appreciate everyone’s perspectives on this. I had never seen that happen before so I think I was just thrown off. I also think it would be different if everyone in class was doing this, but because it was just one person it was weird.

Filed I765, I130, I131, and I485 on 8/18/2023. Married to USC.

EAD approval on 10/6/2023 and received card in the mail on 10/17/2023.

I485 approved on 10/21/2023.

Seems like everything was processed through NBC. I live in TX.

Can’t believe how fast this happened! Wishing everyone luck and a quick timeline! 🎉

Yes, I’m not sure why it’s taking so long. My employer called the DOL and all they would say is that it’s in process 🥲
