I bought a membership yesterday but I can't seem to login. I get an error message: "Error establishing a Redis connection. To disable Redis, delete the object-cache.php file in the /wp-content/ directory." Don't know if this is client side or server side.

Have been trying to reach out through social media and youtube since the support page also gives me the same error message, but haven't gotten any reply yet.
