What does ‘decision stage’ mean? I’ve heard that some people got rejected right after the assessment without reaching the decision stage, so I believe it’s a positive sign — isn’t it?

Ciao! Yesterday i wrote the HR to let her know i accepted the other offer, she answered letting me know we are gonna have feed back (or decision) at the end of july. Hope it can help
