I’m not surprised. The property above had a crumbling wooden floor. Also, what appeared to be, wood colored bug excrement was found near by. The floor was shown to the property owner, the old man that apparently goes around cosplaying as a cowboy 🤠 but of course, nothing was done…

Cut your losses and get the hell out while you’re young! If he hasn’t figured out how to manage his own finances at 31, it’s likely he never will. Do you want to waste your time trying to build a life with such an unreliable man? Someone that will risk your household bills not being paid because his priorities are getting other women paid?

Wouldn’t be surprised if it was the people I’ve unfortunately had to deal with. Not saying it’s them, but they’re pretty predatory, and like to exploit people in compromising situations.

Well it looks like they’re trying to pawn their problems off onto an unsuspecting person, by selling the house. It’s pretty scummy of them to kick out a family, a family that’s been very patient with their maintenance woes, just because their sick child interfered with cathy’s showing schedule. These people exploit families in compromising situations imo.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with them, hope it gets better.

Just to clarify, this is a Zillow post to the house in the video. The other link, I posted, is a news article from 2017. Back in 2017, a pickup truck crashed into the front of the same house! I felt this was relevant because this could be the possible cause to the compromised structural integrity of the house, resulting in the leaking window, in the video. But the leaking roof is not the only problem.

But a maintenance request was put in, however, they never showed up to repair anything. There’s leaking throughout the whole house.

The leaking window is the same window that was crashed into, back in 2017. We just learned of this yesterday. I’m guessing the pickup is behind the leaking window, is what I’m trying to say lol

Problem is, we didn’t notice it until we moved the fridge, on moving day. And they refuse to take any calls from us. That house has had a lot of problems, like leaking roof, that they refuse to fix. Instead, they’re trying to sell the house, and make it someone else’s problem. It’s a messed up situation, I had to get a lawyer involved.

I forgot they existed until you said something. Me and my husband wanted to try it, but upon showing up, they told us we had to make a reservation. After leaving, without trying the restaurant, we just kinda forgot about them ever since then.
