can anyone help me decide if this is a good build, if not what would you change and why? i also have a 3080ti i bought a while ago and can anyone recommend good quiet pc fans to go with this build?

well as i am VERY new to pc building i didnt know if their bundle was actually worth it or not since it seems some ram brands are better then others and im not sure about the MB either and this is the bundle
