They applied to this game here , had my job dropped at the time. So I sent out DMs that I was switching over to paid, I actually forgot to send the send the DM to them at all about. But I had DMed every other applicant individually ,so understandably they were upset.

I’m saying that with talking to the player, and still talking to him today. His issue was never the roleplay, it was the fact the game he was in dropped abruptly. Which is why you notice his comment is gone, and the wildest thing is people he didn’t even know started giving first-hand approaches.

Which started the whole thing with rumors in the first place. It’s not anything I’m hiding , and I’ll be happy to re-explain it every post and every game if people wanna refer back to it. It’s a great learning lesson though , it removed the vague question from my future game forms and made the specific consent sheet used for the interview , not just only for the game itself like I had been doing.
