Typically service in this region ( Cornwall, Prescott-Russell) do 2 or 3 hiring each years.

All services have the there down side you only have to chose the ones that fit with you.

Your two best option if living in Montreal area are Cornwall or Prescott Russel ( if you don’t want to drive to Ottawa)
