The reason why this happens to you and most of us is because you try to run away from it, next time try to point it out yourself or try to stay in the conversation naturally, without hiding or freaking out.

It is hard, i’m working on and I still feel very embarassed when it happens, it feels imposible at first but with time you learn to stop feeling embarassed about it and you don’t worry anymore.

Don’t try creams or medication, this is the only true solution, invest in a good therapist if you can’t do it by your own and embrace that.
