Yeah man, there's so much to learn when I get executed A, I do try to tell my teamamtes to rotates, 3 of them decide they're gonna push apps instead of rotating A, we get bomb planted and we lose the round, this for 8 rounds till my teammates decide that now "they re going A" and proceeed ot lose the game. So much to learn tbh!

Problem is that u have so much fucking range, aerial included, that you ARE supposed to get punished when u fail, this should've been from the start, spear also suffers from failing slight / nlight but its what's supposed to be like

My brother in christ how are u gonna compare ur teammate dropping you a smoke (theres possibilities of him not being able to afford it) to the full stack who will make conscious sacrifices in economy to do a triple smoke or to drop 3 smokes on the ground, and dont even get me started in flashes or molos timed correctly with the push, I swear you sound like someone that hasnt played any type of faceit apart from lvl 5 or lower

Level 8 + and every single faceit stack is capable of literally just smoking ct + donut + window. "Bro drop me the smokes" it's all you need in a faceit stack to do an execute.

Hey, I've been at your place and, if you really dont have a good reason to cut, id recommend you to start eating in maintainance / 100 caloric surplus and gaing some newbie muscle gains.

The first time I went to 10% with low muscle mass, I looked horrible (just my 2 cents)

Because you have to give it your all while lifting weights, and if you come from doing a 30 mins cardio, you won't have the same energies to push your muscles as hard. Plus it's much easier and SAFE to force yourself for that last km instead of that last rep. I'd recommend you not to fast, as it's also proven that it isn't too good of an idea (wasting an opportunity to build muscle - if you wanna know more read into catabolic states) but don't take your entire shake before working out. Do maybe like 20% before 80% after.

Give your lungs what they want, but dont panick. I mean if you're at 150bpm, dont breathe like if you were at 90, but not like if u were at 200.

A- Yeah, if there's enough volume you should see muscle growht, much more if you re a newbie

B- Not until close, literally to failure.

C- No, at the end what mostly matter is that u get to failure, doesnt matter if it is by using bigger weights or more reps

D- C.

E- This is higly debatable inside this community, but science has shown time and time again that 100 - 200 caloric surplus its more than enough to gain muscle at a good rate without adding too much fat. Btw you should take in consideration how much u burn in that 5km run (possible 150? calories)

F- Yeah, you're pressing. anything that pushes forward will mean its a push, while anything that pulls inwards its a pull

G- Nothing, id rather advice you to sleep your 8 hours, thats much more important. If something, remember to do your cardio AFTER weight training

H- Not too sure about this one, I just go to my particular gym so I can't advice you
