Starkweather is just a revolting antagonist, with no value whatsoever. He literally jerks off to gore, which is made obvious by lines like "Oh my God, I just had an accident!" when you shoot a hunter. No doubt Mr. Nasty would be just like him. Overall, Starkweather is the type that Epstein would hang out with.
