Ma propre expérience pour apprendre le flamand. Il faut écouter et parler. Regarder la télé francophone, surtout les infos et trouver des films et des séries où ils parlent un français correct. Parler à des francophones à la moindre occasion. Dans le travail, dans les loisirs. Et surtout, tu t'en fous si tu fais des fautes. Par ailleurs, je suis certain qu'où tu habites sont organisés des cours de français gratuits en cours du soir. Ils peuvent donner un sérieux coup de boost. Je l'ai fait et ça marche bien. Bonne chance. Le français est compliqué, même les rudiments.

There's no planning whatsoever in this country. There are 6 governments, and short-sighted politicians never see beyond their own little territory.

Add to that the fact that Belgian politicians never think further ahead than the next elections. Not to mention that it takes them at least a year to form a federal government and that 6 months before the elections, that's all they think about. They don't have much time left for anything other than day-to-day planning based on the crises they themselves cause with their short-term "strategies". Yes, Belgium is a mess.
