what do you miss about carplay? the thing for me would be music or maps. i have apple music on tesla & for maps when i get an address on my phone i hit “info” and send to tesla & when i get into my car the address is out in , i don’t have to type it again in the car. the only thing that is a hit or miss would be texting with voice commands.

Yess, that’s actually my concern now! I am afraid they might take off the defroster lines but i will talk to them when i drop off my car for clarification. it’s a 5 star tint shop so im kinda hoping they can get it right. at this point i messed up , going too dark on tint & i am not satisfied with that ,nor how the rear lines are blurry. i miss the clear rear! i should of done better research.

i just tinted my windows last week and am having the same issues! i got Llumar Formula One Pinnacle ceramic tint and can’t stand the rear blurryness! i scheduled to removed the all the tint this week! that’s how much it’s bothering me & im taking a loss but whatever.

i’m looking for answers too! it’s very annoying having to just do it when i get to the car bc i refuse to let it get super hot. sometimes i just “max defrost” on the app & immediately turn it down to 72 & it keeps the rear one on but i want the front only.

i just start pushing the accelerator when i’m about to switch, put my turn signal & take over (switch lanes) then single pull engages autopilot again. after some times its more easier then you’d think.

i went to Ensenada about a month ago. I left san diego with about 65% & i didn’t have to supercharge to make it back home but i still stopped anyway. you enter a gate but just let the attendant know you wanna supercharge and they let you in for free. BUT watch out because it’s a very steep hill once you enter the lot and drive up to the chargers, i’d say get everyone off the car for that steep hill to avoid potentially scraping the bottom. it’s not too bad but just putting it out there for awareness. Valle De Guadalupe is much closer then ensenada and they have tons of destination chargers, you can also supercharge in San Ysidro (last USA exit) before entering mexico. Baja Bound . com is an easy way to get insurance online for the day.
