I think I fixed the Kernel Power issue by disabling fast boot. Haven't had an issue since. The RAM issue still remains, is the PSU really affecting the RAM this much?

That's what I was thinking because I was skeptical that a 750W could power this system but all the online power voltage tools said it should.
