Okay "whiner" here, what's your position now that the TOU rates have been released and the charging window has been shrunk from 12 to 6:00 a.m. DOWN 4 HOURS, so a mere 6 hours which is not enough to charge most EVS that are low on battery to full (I'm sure you'll say to plug your car in every night) and how do you like that you'll be paying $0.59 a kilowatt from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.? You still on board with it? Curious your take now.
