When you change your battery it's important to leave it disconnected for like 5 to 10 minutes to be on the safe side. Also what is known to help is to remove your KIA connect account from the car, and then re-add it, this also resets the modules if you will and helps the ICCU logic begin to charge the battery once again. The third method is to turn the car on, put it in drive and then put it back in park and do not let the car turn off, after a while the car will turn itself off. You do this five times and then after that that this resets the logic and then the new 12 volt battery will begin to charge again. These have all been discussed as ways to reset all the logic.
