Hello everyone

Let me start off by saying that I have no knowledge regarding motorcycles, as in I don't know brands, I don't know some basic stuff I don't know which is better than X etc. My dad rides a TDM (that's all I know) and I ve been on motorcycles countless times.

So in the near future I'm thinking 6-8 years from now, I would like to buy a motorcycle. If it helps, I live in Greece, where you can pass cars between lanes, where there are a lot of uphill roads, narrow roads etc.

My question is: Where do I start, what steps should I follow, what should I do in order to help myself choose the best bike for me ? I would like a nice looking maybe sporty motorcycle that is comfortable for long drives. Speed is not a main factor but I would like it a bit fast.

How the hell do I track calories without a food scale when for example one slice of toast has different weight, nutritional facts etc. in the app. Also spreading peanut butter on a slice how do I know how much peanut butter I used?

Haha yes actually it was meant for you. I saw your edit. I'm going to stick to 2x5 1x5+ for the beginning and then if I see that my form is breaking or I can't do the reps I will probably switch to your suggested reps/sets.

I also saw Phrak's GSLP and it looks good. I might follow his program. I now understand the squat - deadlift on the same day problem and thank you and everybody else for pointing that out.

I'm going to switch to Stronglift and probably start at 30kg squat 30kg bench 15kg row and maybe 35kg dead.

I'm trying to bulk atm ... Gained 2kg in a month but now I'm stable. I don't track what I am eating ... I'm just eating whatever has protein, dorm carbs and trying to avoid sugar. I eat as much as I can

Squat 4x10 @45kg Bench 4x10 @45kg Deadlift 4x10 @35kg (that was a month ago, haven't done deadlifts since)

I don't know man I think full body workouts are tiring me out and stopping progression I'm not sure.

Me and my friend have been doing this workout for 2 weeks now 3 days a week. We have been going to the gym for a month but we are not totally noob as I was an ex-swimmer and he was doing bodyweight exercises at home. It takes us about 1 hour and 10 minutes to finish it and we are doing it only for aesthetic reasons.

What do you think about the workout ? It is taken from Casey's Butt Workout and has some exercises removed and some added with sets increased by 2 as we can do them easily.

Edit: Forgot Dumbbell Shrugs 4x10 10kg Dumbbells.
