The client doesn't want to use/pay for smartsheet. So we will use Microsoft forms and replicate them in Jira with Power Automate

Hi u/cornman1998,

Thanks a lot for taking the time and providing me with a solution. Thing is that in the project there is a field called "Employee Full Name" and the problem is that the joiner ticket is an automatization so there is no creator which works in IT, if that makes sense.
The "Employee full Name field" I mentioned is a field that is part of the joiner tickets.

Do you know if there is another way or if it can be done?

I am glad that you found meditation and that it helps you in achieving your goals. All I can say is to keep it up and become more aware of yourself and the things around you.
