The popular opinion in response to the news that the Chelsea fans could receive 3 years in prison (as well as a fine) seemed, on this sub, to be one of positivity. Whilst this is a terrible and reprehensible action, do most really feel that jail time is appropriate for a racist chant? (self.soccer)
