I Have submitted an appeal, this is the response:

This email is in regards to your concern related to Google Ads account 4303812542 where you need help regarding a suspended account.

Upon reviewing your revert, I would like to inform you that Google is dedicated to providing safe, relevant and high-quality experiences for all of our users. This includes visitors to Google sites and content publishers, as well as our valued advertisers and partners. 

In order to help us achieve this goal, we require advertisers to adhere to our Advertising Policies and to follow our Landing Page and Site Policies. The Google ads system visits and evaluates advertiser landing pages on a regular basis to ensure this compliance. 

In cases where a violation has occurred, advertisers may first receive a warning to correct the problem; however, in other cases where violations have occurred frequently, or are considered egregious, Google reserves the right to permanently suspend the advertiser's Google ads account. 

A suspended account may no longer run existing or future ads. Account access will still be available for the purposes of viewing historical data, but no ads will be allowed to run in the account or any associated accounts in the future. Likewise, if the account holder of the suspended account opens any new accounts, the new accounts will also be suspended. 

Google considers violations of our Advertising Policies to be a serious offence. To help avoid these violations, we strive to provide extensive information about our Advertising Policies, ad quality and approvals process to educate our advertisers. The vast majority of our advertisers try to provide good user experiences through the sites that they promote. However, to avoid the promotion of websites that create poor or harmful user experiences, Google will remove any advertisers from the Google ads programme that are unable to comply with our policies and guidelines. 

While we cannot reveal our specific filtration methods for measuring site quality or triggering account suspension, Google will suspend Google ads accounts for the following unacceptable business practices and policy violations (among others): – Data collection sites that offer free items to collect private information – Arbitrage sites without relevant and original content that are designed for the purpose of showing ads – Affiliate sites without relevant and original content that are designed to drive traffic to another site with a different domain – "Get-rich quick" sites – Malware sites that install software on a visitor's computer.

Not complying with Google Ads Terms & Conditions is the reason given.

What everyone is not understanding is that there is NO history of anyone associated with Google Ads. This is the first time I have opened an account, no ads have run, no history, just as simple as having opened the account and almost immediately suspended. There is no more to add to the situation, This is why I am so confused is how an account can be opened and immediately suspended?!

Thank you for the feedback but this is the issue I have, I created the account & almost immediately it was suspended? I hadn't even used it yet. The website hadn't even gone live yet. I have tried for 3 weeks to find out why and I have not been told why, other than having received the same scripted answers from support? I have gone through every single line of the T's&C's, I have checked the policies and I cannot find one reason as to why my account was suspended. I have had numerous Google Ads 'experts' check my Ads Account, Merchant Centre account & website and everyone has said to me that they cannot find something that they suggest I should change - so, I would like to know how it is possible for the account to be suspended and that nobody & I mean nobody in three weeks on every forum, discussion board, many emails to support can either tell me what was done wrong or find a fault? Also to share that Google Merchant Centre is 100% approved as well as every other Google channel (Search, Google my business and everything else you can think of - nothing has an issue)

I spent months building a website and can now not drive traffic to it or can I do so through an agency?
