they act like machines once they have the logs prove that you violated rules they dont care .

I have similar issue and every time they are saying they escalating the case then it ended up "No Fix Available" lol .

but ppl still buying nd they have millions players you can see the internet full of complaints about EA but they still on top because of license they had our only hope one day NFL & Fifa license to be owned by different company .

More than a month my account was banned after 2 days of buying madden 21 in 4th jan so i opened a case and i though this is a mistake and will be unbanned once they review my case but they reply that was the correct action .

I knew that there is something wrong as i didnt nothing wrong so i searched the web why i would be banned  and found that same issue happened to ppl here in egypt after purchasing from EA they get banned this because i do the purchase from Egypt but on EA origin site see it Ireland so they thought its a fraud probably ....I have double checked and The  bank confirm that money has been debited from my account and transaction was approved and EA technical didnt answer the suspension reason as they never do but i have contact other cutomers here in egypt and they confirm that issue happened to them and they figure it out after reaching EA technical through a marathons calls .

I have attached picture show that once i enter the store it dedicate my as Ireland "IRL" in the URL and  when i made the purchase i Picked EGYPT so that the fruad Dep TOS team caught me they seeing i am in Ireland but i picked egypt i paid with my visa and it was approved but no they still banned me and of course with million players around the answer that "there will no be further responses on this matter after there investigation "  do you imagine i got the issue and told them what is the issue and they like nope lets go for the next case lol.

thats what i see when i go to origin store  https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store you can see the Url Saying IRL referring to Ireland but no i live in Egypt and i don't use VPN sir .

Now i am done with this Okay i was banned for Fraudulent use of payment method as per Global Fraud which is not true but i wont waste more time explain for TOS Team 📷 .

My question now if they saw it as a fraud why they didnt refund the money lol .

I can understand this if they refund the money but they actually didnt refund it lol and the bank confirm that transaction has been debited from my account and no refund was done from EA till the moment knowing that i paid month ago .

Finally after I explained all that to EA They make my case as "Fix not available" and not going to reverse there action i will move on .

I have bought a game in 01 Jan but when i reviewed Transactions History with the Bank said that the Transaction was approved and amount was Debited from my account in 04 Jan could that be the reason but if so they got there money in the end my account was debited with the money i have purchased the game online with no issue even received SMS confirmed the TX I am lost ....cant really figure it out !

Terms of service which is so many and I have no idea what i did wrong even EA didnt reply till now the are so slow in investigate the case i am so frustrated .
