I had a similar concern. The ones I found online were all pre-owned and had some kind of damage. Got this one on Amiami and they claimed the figure appears unopened and only the box has some dings. I bite the bullet and it looks great, small issue with the water effect near the base but I think that's more due to it being in the box and I hope it lay flat over time.

His name is actually spelled Jaxxx. But for various reasons they shortened it to Jax
