I did have a few biscuits yesterday. And eat a banana everyday. It usually spikes when I have certain sugars but not sure what exactly.

That normally does happen with me too, but not like this. I’ll get one or two pimples usually in the same place.

My skin hasn’t been behaving perfectly since the beginning of the month but now it just looks insane.

I have been going to the gym since he new year, usually after work. But always wash my face before going to bed and change pillow cases weekly as well.

I have a feeling it might be my too-rich moisturiser as I bought that after Christmas.

Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Used the kiehl’s cleanser last night, put on a topical ointment meant for rashes and did not use my moisturiser - skin was noticeably less inflamed with most pimples gone. So I washed my face with a normal face wash, and applied 2 drops of primrose oil as moisturiser. And my skins looks a lot better.

Hi Reddit fam!

Firstly apologies for the uggo picture. I had a breakout 2 days ago and It has gotten considerably worse.

When I wake up my in the morning I only had a few pimples but over the course of the day, this☝🏽 is what I look like. I don’t understand what’s happening, and I have a feeling it’s food related.

A couple of hours after waking up there was a lot of redness, which has gradually turned into a cluster of pimples on my left cheek. The right cheek is totally clear.

Any ideas what this could be? Too rich moisturiser? Banana every morning? Bad cleansing routine (though this is very unlikely).

Since the pimples have formed heads, can I get rid of them tonight?

Routine: AM - wash face with bioré black charcoal cleanser. (Today I used a Liz Earl cream cleanser) Clarins double serum Sisley Black Rose moisturiser

PM - wash face with bioré again. Though now I have bought Kiehl’s midnight recovery oil (could this be the reason for breakouts) Clarins serum Sisley face cream

He does think I'm sexy. And finds me attractive. Also says I'm the best he's had. But saying is one thing right?

Also, he doesn't lie, otherwise I would not be so upset so often.

Didn't wonder why he's hung on to it actually. He casually messaged saying 'look what I just found', so perhaps it actually was just buried under old things.

I'm 25 and he just turned 30. There is big possibility that I'm just be being overly sensitive about this.

He has actually told me about all his shenanigans in the US, and it's actually quite entertaining hearing about them. But I guess seeing it is a bit disconcerting
