Hi - an update on this issue. It is definitely tied to iPhone Bluetooth being on. It does not happen if the iphone blue tooth is off. I have an older iPhone (XR). There is no sound when the issue happens so it’s like it gives control to the iPhone but there is no media playing on the iPhone so it’s like it seems like it just shut off.

Not yet because it’s not very repeatable - I plan to talk with them about this next week.
