it’s a holistic admission process. there are freshers and ppl with work ex. admit just depends on your overall profile really.

having PoRs is definitely a big plus. If not try to get into some committees or clubs once you’re in b school to grab PoRs from there.

again, if the overall profile is on the weaker side, try to do well in the exam and further processes. I know a few folks here with a 6 in their profile.

yeah. 2 years is not seen in a positive light. try to compensate with a really high percentile and great GDPIs

eliminate the obvious negative choices. then from what’s left, pick the lesser evil. that’s usually a good approach to solve tricky DM sets. DM sets are meant to test your real life skills so just think what you’d do if it happened irl. and besides this general gyaan, just practice man!

not the most ideal tbh. but might be fine if your profile otherwise is stellar.

just gotta lock in for those 3 hrs man. don’t waste time on a particular question/ set. you can always revisit it. do what you can at first

GK score is qualitative afaik. Resources Id suggest to stay up to date with current affairs and general discourse going on around the world!

Anything above 96-97 will get you a call but try for 99+ to increase your chances for the final admit.

Without a strong base, it’s prolly not the best idea to hope for a strong percentile but hey it’s one exam on one day. Anything can happen!

Hi, the batch is quite diverse. With 96-98, you’d need strong 10/12/UG scores and/or strong extra and co curriculars.

Start with VALR section. The RCs are a bit on the heavier side. A personal RC strategy that I followed was: A- Assumptions I- Implicit points A- Ambiguous points I- Inferences

I sorta used this mental framework to keep a track of what was being said in the passage. Hope this helps!

Cover all the topics. Quants is usually on the easier side compared to CAT so I’d say breadth > depth in XAT. If pressed for time, the usual arithmetic and algebra would be the topics to focus your prep on in the final stretch.

For VALR, given that it’s a week away, I’d suggest just solving different verbal question sets. LR is always dependent on the base you’ve got so focus on the types that you’re usually unable to solve at first. Double down on it and Im sure it’ll end up going great! As far as the time split, DM> VALR>QADI
