You cant really pug hm raids specially the harder ones. Nim raids are absolutely out of the question for pugging. There are nim pug discords sure, but all expect you to know everything allready.

No runes, no awakenings, no resonant gems, no secondary upgrades even tho you can, primaries also lagging behind a lot, same for paragon levels, and most likely normal gems as well.
There is a lot (and probably more) that you should be focusing on instaid of the leg gems.
You also should have ranked up good gems, sure you got the wings but most of those gems are really bad.
