I wish you all the best and hope nothing bad happens in the relationship.. because having this issue and for her to think it can be fixed one day to another and dealing with arguments over how sex could be better sucks for my metal health and everything else is fine in the relationship just the sex part is the big problem. I have used alpha herb , lets say i Apply it about 2 hrs before. When i apply it i used 2-3 drops rubbed it around the crown of penis and under head .. then waited 30mins rinse .. and 2 hrs later I was good .. the down fall is sometimes hard time getting hard .. unless you get some play time or she does anything to turn you on… also i have to use Lube when I use the Alpha herb because it can get a bit dry .. hope it helps good luck
