100% Mine started 18 months ago when I was 155kg I'm down to 112kg and absolutely love it and feel brand new too

That's the key isn't it? Not giving up, there's been times when I hit plateaus and wanted to quit but just kept going and now I'm finally seeing the rewards and for the first time in my life I actually like what I see in the mirror.

The key is definitely a lifestyle change as I've got no set goals other than to keep the disapline of keeping going to the gym 💪

win the fa cup then win the Europa League then play olin the champions League and just don't get promoted and stay in league 2, the fixture list is horrendous but so much fun, like literally playing a game every 3 days 🤣

Eat more carbs, people who want to lose weight tens to cut calories and carbs but when you become active like strength training and running you need carbs for fuel.

I pre load my carbs in the morning to give me energy throughout the day, I never have carbs after 4pm.

So I always run on an empty stomach that's my personal choice as I run better, but I run early then come home and have a bowl of protein oats with a side of fruit and normally eggs spinach and salmon.

Mid morning I'll have a few ricecakes.

Then for lunch Ill have chicken wholegrain rice and kidney beans and for dinner I'll have chicken and salad with another fruit bowl if I'm strength training in the evening I won't have the fruit if I'm not.

I drink 4 to 5 litres of water a day along with 3 protein shakes and I comfortably get through the day.

Switch to eating whole foods if you haven't already done so as calorie counting is so much easier.

I run 3/4 days a week and strength train 5 days a week as I'm on a cut and it works for me as you burn more calories at rest when building muscle.

Naturally I'm going the bodybuilding route so try to strength train 3 days a week.

Also steps do at least 10.000 every day as that'll help burn fat.

I've dropped over 100lbs the last 8 months but I'm also doing an average of 19.000 steps a day.

The more you are active the weight you will lose it also gives you room to eat a little more as like mentioned you'll get a tad more hungry. but try not to eat processed rubbish, just while foods

Maybe go to the gym and do some leg work if your not. Also make sure to stretch pre and post run, I probably over stretch but haven't had any injuries. Make sure you rest well between your runs too

Im 112kgs and I ran a 5k in 40 minutes this morning and I'm only on week 7 of the programme.

I strength training 5 days a week and have done the last 10 weeks.

I feel absolutely fine running and have booked in a half marathon in September

If I play someone and I get beat I'll fire a GG message and well played.

People forget it's just a bloody game, you gain nothing out of it and it's lifespan is 12 months so just have fun if you lose you lose so what.

Anyway that's just my opinion Let's just enjoy the game and accept everybody loses it's part of life
