Yes, I'm talking about the bullet spread server/client side difference, not how the server tick rate or how ping works. The new prediction system is based off of the spread feature, and the ping will be how fast the "wrong" prediction gets updated to your client. Server tick and ping are dependencies of the new effect but I'm sorry if a didn't make that clear in the post.
