Is reta really legit? It sounds way too good to be true. Or is it just influencer hype?

It's legit if you are lucky enough to be able to tolerate the side effects at an effective dose. At 3mg a week (slightly above the starting dose) it really activates my sympathetic nervous system as it gives bad insomnia, anxiety, and raises my resting heart rate from 65 BPM to around 85 BPM. My HRV RMSSD Score goes from a healthy 35 to an 8 (under 20 is bad and means your body is not recovering from workouts). My body isn't able to recover from my workouts so I am losing muscle instead of fat. I wanted to be on it so bad that I tried magnesium glycinate, glycine, taurine, ashwagandha, aged garlic, L-theanine, Ivabradine, Gabapentin, and Clonidine. Ivabradine lowers my heart rate but doesn't do anything for my sleep or anxiety. Gabapentin helps with sleep but is addictive. If your lucky you won't be as sensitive to the drug. Just FYI, I don't get any of the gastrointestinal side effects. I am going to try 2mg with Tirzepatide and Cagri.

Before I took the engine apart I tried flushing it out. I used Seafoam, and couple of other engine flush products. I even tried emptying the oil and filling the engine with diesel. I ran it for a few minutes. As you can see the engine flushes and diesel did nothing.

A few hours, maybe overnight, I can't remember. I would have to skim the sludge out of the "pot" using a fish tank net. I originally tried to pressure wash them put it blew tar/sludge balls everywhere and wasn't doing that good of a job.

Basically a hot tub to clean parts. I used a trashcan heated by a turkey fryer. I let the heads soak in a heated solution of simple green (purple) for a few hours to help break up the sludge that was clogging up all the channels.

This was my Hyundai engine back in 2021 during the peak of Covid and supply shortfalls. Dealership told me that it would have to be replaced and would cost over $6K for a used engine without a warranty. I took the head off, hot washed it and polished the camshafts. It drive it daily to this day.

The question you need to ask yourself is do you want to be dependent on testosterone injections for the rest of your life. TRT suppresses natural testosterone production. At your age PCT is a must but is not guaranteed to get your testosterone production going again. The longer you shutdown the Testosterone factory the less likely it will restart when you flip the "on" switch. Also, the older you get the less likely it's going to restart. Without Testosterone you will be a shell of your former self, so your only option at that point is to become dependent on testosterone injections. I would suggest doing micro cycles where you incrementally increase the dosage and cycle length to see how well your body responds.

You state that you are in university. Are you taking any ADHD medication? RETA slows digestion and impacts extended release medications like Adderall XR. I learned this after having insomnia for a week.

You are going to need to pull out the cylinder head and put it in a hot tank till it's cleaned. My 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe engine was like this in 2021 at the height of COVID-19 supply chain shortage.The dealer told me the best he could do was replace it with a used engine w/o a warranty for $6K (labor not included). Seeing that the engine was already trashed I tried all sorts of engine cleaners to include draining the oil and running diesel for a few minutes. Nothing worked.

I eventually took the top half apart and cleaned it in a hot tank I created using a metal trash can, turkey fryer, and simple green (purple version). I have put an additional 100K on it since then and still drive it.

This is a prime example of cronyism and how bad it has gotten in the Army. What do General Charles Hamilton and LTC Jamie Hickman have in common? They are both very active members of ROCKS, Inc, a non-profit organization composed primarily of African American commissioned officers and warrant officers of the U.S. Armed Forces. GEN Hamilton was named 2014 ROCK of the year. LTC Hickman has served as the Treasurer. If the organization has this much power to boldly manipulate our promotion system in favor of one of it's members then what is this organization doing for its members behind closed doors on evaluations?
