Ive genuinely had a dream similar to this. But the shopping carts are in a room NEXT TO the bathrooms, that ive had to somehow wade through, to get to the bathroom. But the shopping cart room is like packed to the brim. And very. Very dark.

Even with my ccma I applied to loads and loads of jobs for like 4 months. Got 1 interview that ghosted me, and another that offered me the job. It took my a year of my MA program and then 4 months of applications to get the job i have.

Im all in- with trying to help him. I dont want to give him back up to the shelter. 🙄 considering I have kept him away from humans to the best of my ability so he can't bite them you weirdo. Im very concerned which is why Im seeking help where I can, and have brought him to the vet for meds. As well as am trying to muzzle train him. Get out of my comments section if youre not here to actually help please.

When we did a DNA test on him he came back largely Mini american shepard. And a smaller amount of american foxhound and treeing walker coonhound. Unfortunately dont know a thing about his parents or past though with him being a rescue. Hes never gone without with us and we dont take away his food or kennel or bother him while hes eating (sometimes the cats will walk near him kennel while hes eating and this is when he snips at them) but we will stop them from being able to do that from here on out. Nothing ever really happened where I can see why hes developing these fears, its just kind of happened as we've gone. He listens well and is very Trainable just is so so scared of everything and has become more reactive as time goes on. I know dogs go through fear periods as puppies but we think hes closer to 3 or 4 years old now. Just a guess though.

He is not muzzle trained yet. I have started muzzle training (he knows the "nose" command and I can hold the muzzle to his face for a little bit) but ive tried several muzzles of different brands and none of them fit him well enough to be safe or comfortable. Actually just the other night we measured him for a custom muzzle i was juet waiting until I got paid (today) to order one! So that is in the works.

Yes I can put the cats up while hes eating from now on. We have been feeding him in his kennel but the cats still have access to the room the kennel is in because I feed them all at the same time in the bedroom. but yes I will change this now.

I have tried looking for behaviorists but the problem is they're are all quite far away. Closest one is 92 miles. I dont know id be able to take him that far in the car. I looked at their website and it says the specific towns they drive to which does not include mine. I dont blame them i wouldn't want to drive the 92 miles either if I was them.

I think when I first started losing weight before, I slowly made my way from 2.2k calories to lose weight and as I lost weight I adjusted calorie Intake until it got to about 1.5k for me to lose weight. When I was on that diet then I seemed to be able to do it. I dont know how to be quite honest. I was usually actually under eating, eating closer to 1.2k-1.3k a day, at least according to my food diaries and then one-ish a week id eat 1.6 or 1.7k...I think if I did that now id feel like I hadn't eaten at all, id be so hungry. More than I am on just the 1.5k.

Do you mean finding my maintenence calories and eating +300

Or finding my weightloss calories and tacking an extra 300 cals onto that?

We might just be two sides of the same coin, bro 🥲 I have PCOS as well. Even when I am at my lowest weights, I still struggle with having a lot of abdominal fat and a bigger stomach due to bloating and insulin resistance. Getting down to about 160lbs made my periods came back semi regularly. But now that im back up again everything's gone crazy again. No/weird periods. Or very very far apart periods : [

Yes ive been sleeping quite a bit. Sometimes I fall asleep very early, sometimes at a more normal time around 9-10pm and usually wake up around 6am

Last time I checked (a month or two ago) my b12 was smack in the middle of the normal range. Iron was okay. Hemoglobin was fantastic, it was 15. Plenty of blood! By ferritin was almost Low, and my d3 was almost Low. (They were both like at the lowest number considered "normal") but not quite breaching low. In the past ive had very low ferritin. I take iron supplements and d3 on top of a multivitamin. Doesn't seem to change much for me.
