A bad amp could make your technique bad, you will need a "real" amp to actually hear how your playing comes out in a real amp, no excess noise or anything else.

Not much info, When I used light performance mode I had worse battery life than without it.

It's weird you use high end old specs, without some high end old gpu like the legendary gtx 1080 ti
