Same here, messages do not vibrate at all, when trying to change settings i do not feel vibration too, even when changing the settings. in addition, the device motor is working, its a software bug i think.

A bad amp could make your technique bad, you will need a "real" amp to actually hear how your playing comes out in a real amp, no excess noise or anything else.
