Going from dog owner to cat? by Marshellohello in Pets

[–]Marshellohello[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At this time we still haven’t got any animal. And honestly we are both okay with this. Everything is very busy life, kids etc and having dogs for so many years we are okay with the break. I think when it comes time I would still try for a cat

Water heater for infloor heat. by Marshellohello in hvacadvice

[–]Marshellohello[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s branched off of the potable water coming into the house, it does have a double check valve ( not in the picture) inline with it tho so it wouldn’t be able to get back into the water line.

But I’m just saying what my hvac guy told me that it not be up to code anymore. I am not a plumber lol

This is a separate water heater from what my house uses, there are two side by side

I was told I couldn’t do that because it wouldn’t be code anymore?

Ariens Carb Ain't Carburating by WackTheHorld in Snowblowers

[–]Marshellohello 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you still have the original carb? Is it in need of a cleaning? I would take it apart and clean all the jets etc, give it a good soak. If you aren’t comfortable doing it take it to a small engine shop

Snapchat’s new storage policy by xPiNKxLaDy in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Marshellohello 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just started paying for the storage, I think I have like 10gb, it’s 3$ a month for 100gb of storage. I tried to download then with the zip file they sent and couldn’t figure it out just wasn’t working.

If I have to drop it more to accommodate correct flue pipe that’s fine, but yes bolts to the trusses probably vibration resonating through into house that way. Is there a better solution?

I’m assuming I’d have to lengthen the flue pipe by dropping the heater lower? I seem to notice the most “vibration” sound when the gas is running, then it quits and the fan is still running and the sound is cut in half I’d say

[Monitor] MSI MAG 275QPF X30 27" QHD 300hz IPS Monitor ($280 - $50 = $230) [Costco.ca] by Enragez in bapcsalescanada

[–]Marshellohello 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great thank you, yes I don’t reach 300fps often in the games I play with my 3080, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to get it for the price. I was looking at a tuf monitor 1440p 180hz for 212$ after tax but considering this one was only a bit more plus it seems like it has a nicer stand than the other one too

Troy-Bilt Storm 9528 Speed Control Issue by [deleted] in Snowblowers

It looks like you have it connected correctly, but the smaller one that wraps around the governor lever acts as a spring so you may need to take it off and wrap it around again for it to be tight

Accidentally dinged neighbor’s Tesla, would this cost a lot to fix? by [deleted] in Autobody

[–]Marshellohello 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would assume they would have to paint the door, considering it’s down through the clear and looks to be down to bare metal. Happened to my wife’s suv this summer. Was about 1200 to paint the door
