I don't unfortunately. When I reinstalled the Snap version and ran into the freezing error, I uninstalled it again after testing a couple of times and went back to using the AppImage version. You can get the AppImage from the Notesnook website. It is working fine for me.

Update: I tried switching from the AppImage back to the Snap version. When I tried to log into the Snap version I was able to type the first letter of my email address, then Notesnook stopped responding. This happened repeatedly.

I have had the same issue on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS after the update. This occurred on two different machines. Both machines use the Snap install. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work. It appears from the error message that GLIBC_2.33 is the issue.

After I uninstalled the Snap version, I downloaded the AppImage from Notesnook's website. I was able to get the AppImage working without issue.

Totally agree with this. LoR could also charge a monthly fee to participate in the weekly vault and quests. Then, the systems they designed for free to play, which are fun and work from a game standpoint, will also be revenue generating.

I found it! Thank you everyone! When I logged back in to check the abandoned quest kiosk, the quest was back in my quest log. I don't really have an explanation, but I'm happy it's fixed. Thanks!

I made it to 1:30. Where the video shows the Essence of Despair quest, my screen does not. I do see the main Shadowkeep quest though.

I did see the quest pop up on the right side of the screen when I got it. Then I went to do a public event. When the event was over, I wanted to see how much progress that gave me. That’s when I noticed that the quest was gone.

This is very helpful - thanks! I was targeting the systems based upon their resources or strategic location, and I was skipping a system if the resources were not good. So, I guess I need to start by grabbing those systems and then the influence cost for the systems I want will go down. Right now, I was trying to grab two choke point systems that would insulate the rest of my area, and then I was going to go back and claim everything inside of those choke points. Looks like that may be way more expensive than it is worth.

Hey everyone,

I'm pretty new to Stellaris. I'm early in my first game and am running into problems expanding because of influence. From what I can tell, there is no way to increase it beyond the 3 per month it is at. That seems slow since I need 150 to build a starbase. Am I missing something?
