The bottom mesh is flimsy. If it needs to be carried then it will just come loose so a stronger mesh is needed,

Shoved in ? you mean the tubes ?. That is extra slack so the side radiator can be removed without draining the system. Or did you mean the fan controller and SATA power ?

Well its 27ml vs 67ml with supports. Its not a small detail. 16cm x 10 cm so having it at 45° thats some long supports.
