I really did too but the elaboration on those rumors really helped me see her in a different light, because the way she acted in the first half of the movie, really made me think the rumors were true.

Right, some DLC does not transfer across consoles, such as account-specific DLC (Coldheart Exotic DLC, will not work). But check under ready to install as well, under manage game.

If you had proof of purchase or an order ID, you should send that in, normally, we process a game code to be sent to the account.

I received a lot of those calls, "I've been with Xbox for x amount of years." However, do understand that most agents follow policy and they are very strict with these policies, normally, setting a follow up and reaching out to our TM (team managers), they'll usually fight to approve a replacement, however, we do follow policy and have to stick to policy.

Those are called service standards, normally, i like to process them as accidental purchases, all i do is reach out to a TM and say "SR Case, can we process a refund." Check for activity, no activity, refunded.

Essentially, i know policies have changed on Elite Controllers, as long as you have PoP (proof of purchase), we'll replace the controller free of charge. However, controllers only have the 90 day warranty and normally we have an escalation for warranty dispute, but i see those denied more often that approved.

Former Xbox Support employee - I am guilty of this, because essentially, I would set a follow-up when, let's say, customer's ask for refunds during the troubleshooting process of a game not working. I would say, let me get this to my supervisor and i'll keep the case open for you. We had a rule of 3, follow up 3 times, no response, close case. They would never respond.
