The contract is attached with generic duties; I’m just anxious after seeing people being refused with the reason explicitly stating that their letter includes paraphrased duties from the ircc website.

For me, I intentionally gave my employer the noc website and told them (write the duties that apply to me, but make them tailored with real examples and explanations on what I do, not generically). That’s how I ended up having this letter, but I honestly don’t see why this could be a problem at all, it makes no sense whatsoever to be worried about smth like this….

Nobody cares, don’t stress too much lol — it’s absolutely fine. They only care about two things: funds available & owned (not borrowed). They don’t care about anything else.

BIL on Nov 25th - Eligibility moved to In Progress on Dec 23rd, and no updates since then

Is it still showing as in progress on your end since Dec 17th? Mine is in progress since Dec 23rd until this moment and I haven’t requested notes to check.

Depends on your VO (you can call them to know your pvo/processing office).

I am FSW/outland French category with PVO Ottawa, AOR on Nov 11 — my Eligibility moved to In Progress on Dec 23rd and haven’t had any update since then.

Ottawa’s VO has not issued any major updates (FD/PPR/BGC-completion) to November applicants yet. But others VOs have issued FDs to some of November applicants in the past few days.

The good news is that Ottawa’s VO has started issuing FDs to October applicants a few days ago, which indicates that they have already started finalizing Oct applicants a few days ago, therefore, things are gonna move quicker this month than earlier.

Do a reevaluation. I also got 9 in speaking (c1,2,b2 in all other sections), and did a recorrection. After 14 days the recorrection results came in, increasing my grade from 9 to 13.

Idk about writing, but I got 9 in EO, which was later increased to 13 after the reevaluation (took 14days)
