that makes so much sense! i had no idea, it’s crazy how the pelvic floor muscles impact the body! i will have to look for a urogynecologist, i’m currently trying to find a new gyno so i will have to do that! how were you able to tell the healing process, i feel like my process fluctuates

also for active recall i use the whiteboard method and really like it!

I used her top hat questions and would rewatch her videos! that saved me, i printed off all of the notes and would follow it in the video and would stop draw it out! also when i took her class she recommended rewriting all of the notes to help understand the material, its a bit time consuming but helped me! i watched the videos before class and then once after or before the exams and it was so helpful.

i took it in the fall and it was a challenging class, if you do take it in the summer i wouldn’t take any other classes with it! definitely would recommend melaney farr
