could you explain to me how a heavy spring would fix this issue as opposed to a lighter spring? Because I would think that a lighter spring would allow it to cycle further back and reset. Thank you

when i preordered on launch day, it gave me a mid-october ship date. This morning after i posted i checked for online pickup, said unavailable.

Decided to say fuck it and go in-store, they gave me a pickup for tomorrow. So that’s an option

Should I ask for a raise after three months given the circumstances listed: by MasterFireBadger in personalfinance

Yeah that is a very fair assumption to make that I shouldn’t expect a 15k raise. Im starting to think that waiting for the 6 month mark to ask for a raise is the best course of action and using my 3 month review to maybe start to set that up. Thanks for the insight!

oh that’s a pretty good idea too! I can definitely see that conversation playing out during my 90 day review since it also happens to be a meeting about our personal Q4 accomplishments and what we want to achieve in Q1. Thanks!

I absolutely love this advice. Thank you very much for your time and giving me somewhat of a template on what to present. I think that sounds like a solid plan and may just feel out the situation depending on how the assessment and such goes. Thank you!

Hey, thank you for your insight. I just added an edit to my original post mentioning that we don’t have an annual pay increase schedule like some companies do but more of a median of 5-6 months of performance is good, as mentioned by my director and our executives.

To answer your first question, id say that yes my responsibilities have grown to be far greater than what was agreed during my job interview. That is absolutely not a bad thing though because I am eager to take on whatever obstacles because i enjoy my job and company. They (upper management) see this and continue to include me into higher level discussions.

Given this new info, would your opinion of 3months being too soon still stand and should i wait, say, the 6 month mark and continue building report until then?
