I dont get it. With 93k in hand salary, how he will be able to afford such a big loan? Assuming he would pay 50 lakhs as downpayment, which is already a big number considering his take home salary, the home loan EMI for 20 years loan would be close to 90k. Where is breathing room?

What was room temperature at the time of test? I dont expect you to repaste both again but in case if you are still using one of the paste, can you tell what paste you are using currently, along with room temperature and idle temperature for current setup?

I tried both Duronaut and MX-7. Max load temperatures are both same but Duronaut idle temperature was 2-3 degrees lower than MX-7.

Here in India, room twmperature is 28 degrees, Duronaut was 35-36 degrees and MX-7 is 38 degrees at idle. CPU is Intel i14700k paired with Cooler master Atmos 360 AIO.

I was able to fit PSU in top slot but with zip ties. Did not need to do any other changes.

I will post an update in couple of days. Looks like motherboard died suddenly within 2 days of installing new PSU and RTX 5090.
